Katherine's last day of VBS included a performance for the parents of all the songs they learned during the week.  The children were all so cute singing!

 

 Katherine and "Mary".  Mary really got a kick out of how much Katherine knew about the bible stories and how into it all she was.  I guess that's what happens when we're reading her kids bible weekly!

 After the closing program, we had a big pizza party on the church front lawn.  The weather was amazing, 78 and sunny, helping to make it a perfect morning!

We took a walk after dinner and stopped along the way to visit some dog friends.  Chowder's parents will often get their cookie jar out for Katherine and Daniel when we're there, so we brought them some Chips Ahoy this time.  As soon as we opened the bag, Daniel grabbed two cookies stacked together!  And then one for his other hand too.  He doesn't mess around when it come to "choc choc"!
